Driver help

Download the Driver app, create an account, choose a supported market and delivery method, and complete the steps shown for your application. Required information and review decisions are confirmed by HalalMap before you can start a shift.

When Start shift is available in the Driver app, choose or confirm the market, delivery method, and an eligible vehicle when one is required. The app checks eligibility, then you can start the shift and go online to receive available offers.

Use Earnings to review delivery earnings and payout history. Set up or review your payout method from your account. A payout request is reviewed and processed through the available payout method; HalalMap does not promise instant payout or a guaranteed amount.

The Driver app includes Emergency SOS on Driver Home and active delivery screens, plus an unsafe-situation option in Report issue. A recorded report or notification attempt does not prove human acknowledgement. Use these tools for real safety concerns and follow applicable local emergency guidance when immediate assistance is needed.

Open Account, then Profile, and choose Edit profile to update the personal details available in the app. Use the verified phone or email change flow when you need to change a contact method.

Open Settings and select Ratings to view your performance scorecard. It shows the driver-facing performance information available in the app, including offer and delivery results for the displayed period. The app does not publish a universal rating threshold in Help.
