Help Center
Customer help
Ordering, delivery, refunds, and your HalalMap account for Edmonton limited launch.
Getting help
Open the order in Orders, then use Help on that order so support can see the order number and timeline. You can also open Customer care from this Help Center. Include the order number, the last status you saw, and a screenshot if a payment or refund is involved. Never send full card numbers.
Getting started
HalalMap’s first limited launch is Edmonton, Alberta. Set your delivery address in the app or on the website. If you are outside the active market zone, you can still browse, but ordering may be unavailable until we expand.
Halal
Partner stores complete onboarding and halal documentation review. Look for verified badges on store pages. Always check item details and store notes for dietary needs.
Orders
Choose a store, add items to your cart, pick pickup or delivery, confirm your address and payment, then place the order. You can track status in Orders on the app or website.
Payments
If a restaurant does not accept a paid order in time, or a delivery cannot be completed, HalalMap starts a refund for the captured amount. For missing items, quality issues, or a partial problem, start from the order’s Help option so support can see the order ID and timeline. If the refund amount is unclear, support reviews it — we do not take refund instructions from the customer as the charged amount. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer after HalalMap submits it.
Delivery
If the courier is going to the wrong place, does not arrive, or marks the delivery complete incorrectly, open the order and use Help. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and a refund is started. For a no-show or a dispute about what happened at the door, contact Customer care with the order number — support reviews those cases instead of changing the outcome from the app alone.
Account
Confirm the email or phone you registered with, reset your password if needed, and check that you are opening the customer app (not Driver, Owner, or Orders). Passkeys are available in Settings when enabled.
Community
No. Mosque map, prayer times, and Qibla are part of the community directory. They are separate from restaurant and grocery checkout.
